Apple & Cranberry Overnight Oats

HOW TO PREPARE: Put 40g of the mix into a bowl or jar and then add 70g of apple juice or milk and 25g natural yoghurt. Stir – cover with cling film and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning stir (add more apple juice or milk if it’s too thick) then eat as it is or top with fresh fruit.
