We’re the Hirds, and our family has farmed Yockenthwaite Farm since 1842. What started as a way to support the farm has grown into a true passion – making breakfast that’s as honest and hearty as the land we call home.

Still a small family business, still farming in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, and still loving every batch we make.
