Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup Yockenthwaite Oats
2 cups milk
2 medium apples, peeled and diced
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Caramelise the apples: In a pan, melt butter, then add diced apples, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes until apples are tender and caramelized.

Prepare the oats: In a saucepan, combine oats and milk. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-7 minutes until creamy.

Top your oats with your caramelised apples and enjoy!
