MEET THE TEAM

This is Liz – the recipe maker, granola baker and founder of Yockenthwaite!

She doesn’t really have a favourite granola (they’re all too delicious!) but if she HAD to choose it would be either our ginger or nutty spelt Granola.

Liz’s favourite way to eat granola is as a crumble topping on cooked rhubarb Or our nutty spelt just as it is with yoghurt and fruit or ice-cold milk.

Her favourite place in the Yorkshire Dales has to be Yockenthwaite, (Langstrothdale) “we’re very lucky to live here!”

Liz’s favourite time of year has to be late spring/early summer when the haymeadows are flowering… it’s beautiful!
