Cranberry & Almond Granola
Our Cranberry & Almond Granola is as crisp and fresh as the early winter mornings here in the Yorkshire Dales. The delicious crunch comes from the hand-baked clusters of our freshly-rolled oats with toasted whole almonds. There’s no added sugar in this one, it’s just sweet enough with a drizzle of raw honey and the tang of the season’s finest dried cranberries. We use the ancient wholegrain spelt flour, often tolerated by people who can’t eat wheat, which enhances the delicious complex natural flavours of the granola. A bit of extra warmth comes through from a hint of cinnamon spice, making this a winner for winter wherever you are.
